Corporate Event Entertainment in Memphis: Create an Event People Actually Want to Attend

The venue's booked. Catering's handled. The invites went out last week. On paper, your corporate event is looking great.

But there's one question we ask every planner who calls us, and it matters more than the centerpieces: what are your guests actually going to do once they walk in?

If you're searching for corporate event entertainment in Memphis, you're not short on options. The harder part is finding something that fits your crowd, looks like your brand, and gets people away from the bar-height tables and into the fun. That's the part we love.

Picture This

It's awards night. Your team showed up dressed to the nines. Instead of shuffling past another step-and-repeat with the logo on it, they walk up to our GlamBot. A robotic camera arm swoops around them under cinematic lighting, and a few seconds later they've got a slow-motion video on their phone that looks like they just arrived at a premiere. The room is buzzing before anyone touches the mic.

A fundraiser has a different job to do. You want people to feel welcome, meet each other, and remember why they came. A photo booth is one of the best icebreakers we know. Strangers end up in the same frame, somebody laughs, and everyone walks away with a print that has your cause's name on it. (Our Event Hosts are also very good at coaxing the shy ones in.)

For a conference or brand activation, it's about being seen. A branded booth puts your logo on every photo and video without feeling like a sales pitch. People line up because it's fun, and your brand comes along for the ride. And when you include our data capture tools like marketing opt-ins or a quick survey, that line turns into leads.

Match the photo or video experience to the room

We don't do one-size-fits-all. Here are a few pairings we keep coming back to:

  • Galas and award ceremonies: The GlamBot is a show stopper. We introduced the GlamBot to the Memphis market in early 2025 and are the leading innovators in GlamBot entertainment. GlamBot rentals always include a Director on the set to guide and inspire guests in front of the camera, and a Producer takes guest through the Sharing Station experience. A 360 Booth is always a hit with big energy, perfect lighting, it’s a little dance party unto itself. Somehow a 360 brings out the lightheartedness in even the most reserved of businessmen! After their Director calls cut, an Event Host meets guests at the Sharing Station where the guests watch their videos and send them straight to their phones, ready for social sharing and giving your event visibility.

  • Employee appreciation and team celebrations: The Trading Card Booth. Everyone gets their own collectible card with their name, title, and a few fun stats. You would not believe how competitive grown adults get about their card stats! Check

  • Conferences and professional crowds: The Headshot Booth. Five to ten minutes in front of our studio lights and your employees or guests leave with a polished headshot that's ready for LinkedIn or the company directory. It's the one coveted giveaway nobody leaves in the hotel room.

  • Elegant evenings and VIP receptions: Glam Studio or Studio Noir. A professional photographer directs every pose, and guests get portraits that feel like classic Hollywood. Elevate the experience to an unexpected level by including luxury 5’x7’ prints or completely blow your guests away with framed 8’x10’ images printed on demand at the Sharing Station.

  • Launches and openings: The Magazine Booth. Every guest lands on the cover, with your event brand on the masthead and customized headlines on the image. This has been a huge hit with brands and milestone corporate events.

  • Casual get-togethers on a tighter budget: The Selfie Booth. Our drop-off option is not only easy to use and quick to share, it’s unlike anything else available in the Mid-South. What makes it so special? We use a real camera even in our drop-off booth, because an iPad camera just doesn’t meet our standards. We’re the only photo booth company in Memphis and the Mid-South that offers a Selfie Booth of this caliber. Are we a little obsessive? Yes, absolutely.

An activation has to earn its floor space

Honest moment: a gorgeous setup that nobody understands is just expensive décor. Before we recommend anything, we want to know:

  • Who's coming? Sales team, executives, donors, families?

  • When will they have downtime? A long cocktail hour is very different from a packed agenda.

  • How many people do you expect to jump in? A line of 400 calls for something fast or multiple options. Thirty VIPs can linger with a photographer.

  • What do you want attendees to remember? Your brand, your cause, or simply that this was the best company party in years.

Those answers tell us whether you need a quick, high-volume booth or a slower, more intimate studio experience. Either way, a friendly Event Host is there running the show, so your guests can focus on having fun instead of figuring out the tech.

When the party ends, the content doesn't

Every photo and video goes straight to your guests by text, email, or AirDrop, and you get a personal online gallery with everything from the night. We design every overlay with your team so it fits your brand guidelines, which means the content looks right when it shows up on Instagram and LinkedIn that night.

We also offer commercial licensing, so your marketing team can use the photos and videos in event recaps, newsletters, recruiting posts, or next year's invite. (Check with your guests before featuring them, of course.)

Why Memphis businesses and organizations call us

We're Brian and SJ, the husband-and-wife team behind Cheers Photo Co. Brian is the systems, checklists, and backup-for-the-backup guy. SJ is the one who already knows your venue coordinator by name. We seriously prepare so you can enjoy yourself seriously.

We've been part of corporate gatherings, galas, museum programs, grand openings, and nonprofit fundraisers all over the Mid-South. As one of our longtime clients, Allison Holden with The Le Bonheur Club put it: "Each and every time, without fail, they were exceptional."

We serve downtown Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Southaven, Olive Branch, Hernando, Oxford, Jackson, Nashville, Little Rock and everywhere in between. Our favorite brief is a simple one: We host experiences people remember, not just another line item on the run of show.

FAQs

  • What kind of entertainment works best at a corporate event?

    • Something interactive that fits your crowd and your goal. Novelty wears off fast, but an experience people actually want to jump into (and leave with something from) keeps the energy up all night.

  • Can you brand the photo booth for our company?

    • Yes! We'll work with you or your design team on a custom overlay with your logo, colors, backdrops, and event details, all within your brand guidelines. You'll see a concept design before the event and get a free round of revisions.

  • Is GlamBot a good fit for a company awards night?

    • It's one of our favorites! GlamBot brings serious red-carpet energy, and every GlamBot experience comes with three Event Hosts to coach poses and fix flyaways. It needs a little more room than a standard booth, so we'll talk through your venue layout and timing together.

  • Can we use the photos and videos in our marketing?

    • We offer commercial licensing options, so you can repurpose your event content with confidence. Just let us know what you have in mind when we chat.

  • How early should we book?

    • As soon as you've locked in your date and venue. Holiday party dates in December go especially fast. Once you're booked, we love to have every detail wrapped at least 14 days before your event, so there are no surprises.
