You never looked so you.
Our Headshot Studio is conveniently located in East Memphis. You’ll have access to a makeup table for touch ups, a private dressing room, and a restroom. Professional makeup is not required, but we can arrange an artist for your session for an additional fee.
Your creativity deserves room to breathe, so our sessions are never timed. Take as long as you need. Most people wrap up in about 90 minutes. If you choose to add hair and makeup, plan for an additional 90 minutes.
Each session includes expert facial coaching, outfit changes, multiple backgrounds, and instant image review. We’ll guide, shoot, and review together. You’ll see right away what you like, and we will refine your selections until you are left with the images you truly love.
Once you choose your favorites, we retouch them and deliver the final files within one week of payment. Each purchased image includes an unlimited personal use license.

How It Works
Step 1
Select, Sign, Secure
Follow a booking link to reserve a time for your new headshot. Once you’ve selected a time that works with your schedule, you’ll sign our contract and submit payment for the Session Fee.
Step 2
Consultation
Between booking and your session, we’ll arrange a short phone call to discover more about you, your vision for your headshot, and answer any lingering questions you may have. Our goal is to tailor your sessions just for you.
Step 3
Shoot and Delivery
Most sessions take around 90 minutes. We’ll make the most of your time, but we find the most genuine expressions take a moment to arrive. Once you’ve selected the final images, you’ll submit payment and we’ll deliver them within a week.
Headshot FAQs
We want your session to go off without a hitch!

Headshots that do not include professional makeup take 60-90 minutes. If including hair and makeup, budget an extra 90. This includes a brief tour of our studio, posing, posture, and facial expression coaching, along with shooting and image review. We shoot for a bit, take breaks to review, pick your favorites, and change outfits.

We don’t generally recommend makeup for men, but if interested, let us know and we’ll give you a price.
For women, we recommend a natural look. We start light, and add touchups if necessary throughout the shoot. Our aim is for you to look natural and confident.

We recommend arriving at the studio dressed in an outfit that you aren’t photographing. This allows you to arrive with your clothes clean and pressed.
If there’s a stray wrinkle or two, we have a steamer onsite to tackle the job.
Regarding wardrobe, we recommend:
If you don’t bring it, we can’t shoot it. We won’t judge you for brining too many options. Bring anything you feel confident wearing.
Solid colors and subtle patterns are best. The emphasis is you, not your clothes. Busy patterns can become a distraction in the final image.
Sleeves or sleeveless. While certain styles are cute for a night out, we recommend avoiding clothing that broadens at the shoulders.
Bring every pair of glasses. If you generally wear glasses, bring every pair. Coatings and lenses can vary from pair to pair, and we might recommend certain colors or styles depending on the look you’re trying to achieve.

Don’t do anything drastic the night before your headshot. A few days before, we recommend light grooming (nose, eye brows, etc.) to catch any pesky strays.

When you reserve your session, we collect the Session Fee.
After your session, and once you’ve chosen the images you’d like to purchase, we collect the remaining balance.
We use a secure online payment system which accepts ACH transfer, credit / debit cards (3% fee), PayPal (3% fee) or PayPal PayLater (6% fee).
